ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,430,783, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Hewlett-Packard Development Co. LP (Spring, Texas).

"Assistive depth of field analysis" was invented by I-Chen Lin (Taipei, Taiwan), Chung-Chun Chen (Taipei, Taiwan) and Cheng-Fang Lin (Taipei, Taiwan).
