ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,351,746, issued on July 8, was assigned to Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (Duesseldorf, Germany).

"Two-part, cyanoacrylate/free radically curable adhesive systems" was invented by Jesse L. Davis (Hartford, Conn.), Chetan Hire (Glastonbury, Conn.) and Shabbir T. Attarwala (Simsbury, Conn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Two-part cyanoacrylate/free radically curable adhesive systems demonstrating improved toughness are provided."

The patent was filed on Aug. 2, 2021, under Application No. 17/444,210.
