ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,286,495, issued on April 29, was assigned to Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (Duesseldorf, Germany).

"(Meth)acrylate-functionalized waxes and curable compositions made therewith" was invented by David Dworak (Middletown, Conn.) and Deirdre Ledwith (Dublin).
