ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,546,327, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND Corp. (Charlotte, N.C.).

"Air cycle machine with axial rotors and integrated cabin air compressor" was invented by Viktor Kilchyk (Williamsville, N.Y.) and Brent J. Merritt (Southwick, Mass.).
