ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,923, issued on May 27, was assigned to Halliburton Energy Services Inc. (Houston).
"Charge tube assembly" was invented by Kevin Cook (Alvarado, Texas), Courtney Ann Thain Roberts (Alvarado, Texas) and Cynthia Anne Kane (Alvarado, Texas).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "In general, in one aspect, embodiments relate to a charge tube assembly that includes a charge tube, a detonator housing interlocked with the charge tube, an end alignment interlocked with the charge tube, and a detonation cord extending from the detonator housing to the charge tube."
