ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,900, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. (Wilmington, Del.).

"Control of discharge dewpoint for packaged terminal air conditioner" was invented by Bryan Isaac D'Souza (Louisville, Ky.) and Timothy Scott Shaffer (La Grange, Ky.).
