ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,353,958, issued on July 8, was assigned to Google LLC (Mountain View, Calif.).

"Constructing and programming quantum hardware for quantum annealing processes" was invented by Masoud Mohseni (Redondo Beach, Calif.) and Hartmut Neven (Malibu, Calif.).
