US Patent Issued to GOODRICH on Dec. 16 for "Above-floor wire routing for aircraft cargo handling system" (North Dakota Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,497,170, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to GOODRICH Corp. (Charlotte, N.C.).

"Above-floor wire routing for aircraft cargo handling system" was invented by Dustin P. Scheer (Jamestown, N.D.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A above floor wiring system is disclosed herein. The above floor wiring system includes a tray including a sidewall, a wire bundle secured to the sidewall, and a junction card coupled to the sidewall and electrically coupled to the wire bundle."

The patent was filed on May 2, 2023, under Application No. 18/310,692.
