"Fast robust oracles via decentralized autonomous organizations" was invented by Paul Burchard (Jersey City, N.J.), Andrew Phillips (New York) and Francis Giannaros (New York).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An oracle that is fast enough to publish data to the blockchain in a timely manner while remaining decentralized and robust to the failure of any one part.
