ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,438,244, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS LLC (Detroit).

"Designs of high-power gel-assisted bipolar solid-state battery" was invented by Yong Lu (Shanghai), Zhe Li (Shanghai), Mengyan Hou (Shanghai), Qili Su (Shanghai), Meiyuan Wu (Shanghai), Xiaochao Que (Shanghai), Haijing Liu (Shanghai) and Si Chen (Shanghai).
