ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,259,100, issued on March 25, was assigned to GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS LLC (Detroit).

"Thick appearance lens using reflective surfaces" was invented by Jonglee Park (Novi, Mich.), Stephen Ericson (Oxford, Mich.) and Michael K. Larsen (Warren, Mich.).
