ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,377, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS LLC (Detroit).

"Smart energy center rationality and redundancy" was invented by James Morrison (Sebringville, Canada), Lyall Kenneth Winger (Waterloo, Canada), Xinyu Du (Oakland Township, Mich.) and Infane Lowe (Grand Blanc, Mich.).
