ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,343,051, issued on July 1, was assigned to Globus Medical Inc. (Audubon, Pa.).

"Distal tibial plating system" was invented by David Laird Jr. (Brandamore, Pa.), Alex Bada (Phoenixville, Pa.) and Andrew Davison (Downingtown, Pa.).
