ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,544,238, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Globus Medical Inc. (Audubon, Pa.).

"Inter vertebral spinal implant" was invented by Robert Ryan (Middletown, Pa.), Brian Flint (Fort Washington, Pa.), Mark Miccio (Lynbrook, N.Y.), Samuel Petersheim (Elverson, Pa.) and Tracy Brennan (Monmouth Junction, N.J.).
