ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,470,180, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. Inc. (Malta, N.Y.).

"Common-gate amplifier circuit" was invented by Paolo Valerio Testa (Madrid) and Shafiullah Syed (Murphy, Texas).
