ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,322,697, issued on June 3, was assigned to GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. Inc. (Malta, N.Y.).
"Series inductors" was invented by Venkata Narayana Rao Vanukuru (Bangalore, India) and Zhong-Xiang He (Essex Junction, Vt.).
