ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,323,143, issued on June 3, was assigned to GlobalFoundries U.S. Inc. (Malta, N.Y.).

"Charge pumps, logic circuits including charge pumps, logic devices including logic circuits, and methods of operating logic circuits" was invented by Santosh Sharma (Austin, Texas) and Mei Yu Soh (Singapore).
