ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,240, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Global Unichip Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
