ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,353,863, issued on July 8, was assigned to Global Supercomputing Corp. (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.).

"Method and system for converting a single-threaded software program into an application-specific supercomputer" was invented by Kemal Ebcioglu (Cheshire, Conn.) and Emre Kultursay (Kirkland, Wash.).
