ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,466,733, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Global Carbon Emissions Solutions LLC (Gilbert, Ariz.).

"Process for solubilizing calcium carbonate to obtain a solid compound and an alkaline liquid solution" was invented by Lai O. Kuku (Gilbert, Ariz.), Michael P. Woudenberg (Phoenix), Kyle J. Koleber (Phoenix) and Girish N. Raghunathan (Cleveland).
