US Patent Issued to Givaudan on Dec. 9 for "(S,Z)-3,7-dimethylnon-6-en-1-ol and its use as fragrance" (Swiss Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,492,158, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Givaudan SA (Vernier, Switzerland).

"(S,Z)-3,7-dimethylnon-6-en-1-ol and its use as fragrance" was invented by Kimberly Geoghegan (Kemptthal, Switzerland), Marc Liniger (Embrach, Switzerland) and Fridtjof Schroder (Hettlingen, Switzerland).
