ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,346,175, issued on July 1, was assigned to Getac Technology Corp. (New Taipei, Taiwan).

"Detachable memory and electronic device having the detachable memory" was invented by Jui-Lin Yang (Taipei, Taiwan) and Juei-Chi Chang (Taipei, Taiwan).
