ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,350,333, issued on July 8, was assigned to Gensun Biopharma Inc. (Newbury Park, Calif.).
"Checkpoint regulator antagonists" was invented by Jackie Z. Sheng (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) and Bo Liu (Thousand Oaks, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Checkpoint regulator antagonists that bind specifically to TIGIT, PD-1 and/or PD-L1 are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of making and using the checkpoint regulator inhibitors, including monospecific, bispecific and trispecific checkpoint regulator antagonists thereof."
The patent was filed on Nov. 9, 2022, under Application No. 18/053,878.
