ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,054, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Genentech Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).
"Therapeutic compounds and methods of use" was invented by Jason R. Zbieg (Montara, Calif.) and Paul Powell Beroza (Belmont, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to compounds and methods of using said compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, for treating diseases and conditions mediated by TEAD, such as cancer."
The patent was filed on Sept. 21, 2023, under Application No. 18/472,105.
