ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,286,470, issued on April 29, was assigned to Genentech Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).

"Methods of determining the function of polyubiquitin using anti-polyubiquitin antibodies" was invented by Robert F. Kelley (Petaluma, Calif.), Vishva Dixit (Los Altos, Calif.) and Marissa L. Matsumoto (Foster City, Calif.).
