ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,285,429, issued on April 29, was assigned to Genentech Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).
"CDK inhibitors" was invented by Zhilong Hu (Shanghai), Hu He (Shanghai), Fei Zhang (Shanghai), Wenge Zhong (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) and Xiaotian Zhu (Newton, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention provides a compound represented by the either of the following structural formulas, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a stereoisomer thereof, useful for treating cancer."
