ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,472,387, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to GE PRECISION HEALTHCARE LLC (Waukesha, Wis.).

"Accelerating cutaneous healing utilizing non-invasive focused ultrasound" was invented by Christine A. Morton (Mechanicville, N.Y.), Christopher Michael Puleo (Niskayuna, N.Y.), Jeffrey Michael Ashe (Gloversville, N.Y.) and Victoria Eugenia Cotero (Troy, N.Y.).
