ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,460, issued on June 3, was assigned to GC Corp. (Shizuoka, Japan).
"Dental polymerizable composition" was invented by Keita Sato (Tokyo), Atsushi Fujimi (Tokyo), Shogo Murakami (Tokyo) and Ayaka Fujimoto (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dental polymerizable composition includes: a first agent including a (meth)acrylate having an acid group and an organic peroxide, and a second agent including a (meth)acrylate having no acid group, a thiourea derivative, and a glass powder, wherein the glass powder includes aluminum, silicon, and at least one of copper or vanadium."
The patent was filed on Aug. 19, 2020, under Application No. 1...
