ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,372,229, issued on July 29, was assigned to FUSE LLC (Memphis, Tenn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A container apparatus can receive and hold a beverage container such as a beverage can or bottle. The apparatus can include a light assembly and can be used as a flashlight.
