ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,340, issued on April 22, was assigned to FUNDACION TECNALIA RESEARCH & INNOVATION (Guipuzcoa, Spain) and EINDHOVEN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (Eindhoven, Netherlands).
