US Patent Issued to Fujikura on Feb. 3 for "Piezoelectric coaxial sensor and method for manufacturing piezoelectric coaxial sensor" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,502, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to Fujikura Ltd. (Tokyo).
