According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A light scanning device includes a light source that emits laser light, a mirror device that includes a movable mirror swinging about at least one axis and directionally changes the laser light emitted from the light source by reflecting the laser light using the movable mirror, and a condensing optical system that condenses the laser light directionally changed by the mirror device to a center of an eyeball."
