"Radio wave absorber and radio wave absorbing article" was invented by Kiyotaka Fukagawa (Minamiashigara, Japan) and Hirokazu Hashimoto (Minamiashigara, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "There is provided a radio wave absorber containing a magnetic powder, and an aliphatic polyamide, in which an intensity ratio (Alpha/Gamma) of a diffraction intensity Alpha of an Alpha crystal of the aliphatic polyamide to a diffraction intensity Gamma of a Gamma crystal of the aliphatic polyamide, which are determined by subjecting the radio wave absorber to measurement with an X-ray...
