ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,476,439, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. (Tokyo).
"Light-emitting component, light-emitting element array chip, and optical measurement apparatus" was invented by Takashi Kondo (Kanagawa, Japan), Michiaki Murata (Kanagawa, Japan), Junichiro Hayakawa (Kanagawa, Japan) and Takafumi Higuchi (Kanagawa, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A light-emitting component includes a substrate, plural light-emitting elements that are disposed on the substrate and emit light in a direction intersecting with a surface of the substrate, and a gate electrode that is electrically connected to each of the plural light...
