ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,446,494, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to FUJIAN SANAN SINO-SCIENCE PHOTOBIOTECH Co. LTD. (Quanzhou, China).
