ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,898, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS HOLDINGS LLC (Dallas).

"Mitigating malicious network traffic" was invented by Eddie Rueffer (Allen, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for mitigating malicious network traffic.
