ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,544,389, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Fresh Cut Development LLC (Toronto).
"Stable cannabinoid formulations" was invented by Kiran Kumar Vangara (Phoenix), Huaguang Li (Chandler, Ariz.), Ningxin Yan (Chandler, Ariz.), Hung Q. Nguyen (Chandler, Ariz.) and Venkat R. Goskonda (Phoenix).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is generally directed to substantially pure cannabidiol, stable cannabinoid pharmaceutical formulations, and methods of their use."
The patent was filed on April 27, 2017, under Application No. 15/499,178.
