ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,244, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to FRAUNHOFER-GESELLSCHAFT ZUR FOERDERUNG DER ANGEWANDTEN FORSCHUNG E.V. (Munich).
