ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,098, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Fox Factory Inc. (Duluth, Ga.).

"Wireless active suspension system" was invented by Everet Owen Ericksen (Woodland, Calif.), Andrew Diao (Santa Cruz, Calif.), Mike Fraguglia (Santa Cruz, Calif.), Evan Peterson (Santa Cruz, Calif.), James T. Pickett (Santa Cruz, Calif.), Christian Jonathan Steven Wright (Huntington, New Zealand) and Dean Armstrong (Chartwell, New Zealand).
