ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,350,991, issued on July 8, was assigned to Fox Factory Inc. (Duluth, Ga.).

"Plug and play suspension" was invented by Asimm Hirani (Atlanta), Robert Stanford (Alpharetta, Ga.), Nobuhiko Negishi (Santa Cruz, Calif.), Andrew Peterson (Braselton, Ga.), Rick Strickland (Scotts Valley, Calif.), James Alens (Gainesville, Ga.) and Connor Randall (Scotts Valley, Calif.).
