US Patent Issued to Fount Bio on May 27 for "Crosslinked materials" (Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,311,048, issued on May 27, was assigned to Fount Bio Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).

"Crosslinked materials" was invented by Samir Mitragotri (Lexington, Mass.), Eric Spengler (Cambridge, Mass.), Douglas Levinson (Sherborn, Mass.) and Douglas R. Vogus (Cambridge, Mass.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application describes to the synthesis, formulation and uses of crosslinkable entities and crosslinked materials."

The patent was filed on Nov. 1, 2019, under Application No. 17/289,468.
