ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,335,286, issued on June 17, was assigned to Fortinet Inc. (Sunnyvale, Calif.).

"Compute environment security monitoring using data collected from a sub-kernel space" was invented by Ulfar Erlingsson (Palo Alto, Calif.) and Yijou Chen (Cupertino, Calif.).
