"Splash detection using radar" was invented by Mahmoud Yousef Ghannam (Canton, Mich.), Robert Schroeter (Livonia, Mich.), Jake Schwartz (Dearborn, Mich.) and Aaron L. Mills (Ann Arbor, Mich.).
