ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,373,865, issued on July 29, was assigned to FORD GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).

"Vehicle-centric road usage application using vehicle sensors" was invented by Krishna Bandi (Farmington Hills, Mich.), Sathyanarayana Chary Palakonda (Northville, Mich.), Brennan Hamilton (Birmingham, Mich.), Ivan Vukovic (Birmingham, Mich.) and Swetha Shailendra (Royal Oak, Mich.).
