According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A vehicle includes a vehicle seat and a plate fixed relative to the vehicle seat. A seatbelt buckle is rotatably supported by the vehicle seat. The seatbelt buckle is rotatable relative to the plate from a first position to a second position.
