ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,298, issued on April 15, was assigned to FORD GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).
"Traction battery packs with cell-to-pack battery systems housed within irregularly shaped enclosures" was invented by Patrick Daniel Maguire (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Che-Chun Chang (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Jason C. Marcath (Dearborn, Mich.) and Karen Siler (Commerce Township, Mich.).
