ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,091, issued on April 22, was assigned to FloraScience Inc. (Milwaukie, Ore.).

"Methods of preparing cannabinoids or derivatives thereof" was invented by Robert Paul Jensen (Portland, Ore.) and Vaughn Hartung (Milwaukie, Ore.).
