US Patent Issued to Flamel Ireland on May 20 for "Gamma-hydroxybutyrate compositions having improved pharmacokinetics in the fed state" (French, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,303,478, issued on May 20, was assigned to Flamel Ireland Ltd. (Dublin).

"Gamma-hydroxybutyrate compositions having improved pharmacokinetics in the fed state" was invented by Julien Grassot (Lyons, France), Cendrine Grangeon (Villeurbanne, France) and Jordan Dubow (Chicago).
