US Patent Issued to Flamel Ireland on Feb. 18 for "Modified release gamma- hydroxybutyrate formulations having improved pharmacokinetics" (French Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,226,388, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to Flamel Ireland Ltd. (Dublin).
