According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wind harness for a vehicle has a plurality of troughs positioned substantially parallel to one another. A plurality of openings is formed in a bottom of each trough so that is the troughs received air flow, it is directed by the troughs to the plurality of openings.
